This two day event is spread all over Ruidoso with the AspenFest Parade in Midtown, a weekend long crafts fair at the Boys and Girls Club of Sierra Blanca, the Ruidoso Chili Society’s annual chile cook-off and the Rod Run & Car Show both located in Ruidoso Downs Racetrack & Casino.  With all these events, the cool autumn atmosphere, Ruidoso’s beauty and people, this is a festival you wont want to miss.
