A New Mexican Thanksgiving: Red Chile Chocolate cake
This flourless cake is so decadent that you will go back for thirds. The hint of red chile adds a little heat creating a flavor explosion that will impress all of your guests.
Red Chile Chocolate Cake
- 8 Eggs
- 24 oz Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
- 1-2 Tbsp Red Chile Powder
- Powdered Sugar
Melt chocolate in a saucepan with a small amount of milk to get it to a nice consistency. Then combine ingredients, butter an 8″ pie pan and pour in the mixture. Bake at 350° for ~15-20 minutes.
