Southern California has a lot to offer—beaches, bustling cities, warm weather—but since the opening of The Green Chile Restaurant in 2013, the area ranks even higher on our list. This restaurant gets it right, asking their customers the question, “Red or green?” If you’ve been searching for your home away from home, you’ll find it here!

At Santo, almost every dish is blessed with Hatch green chile—what the owner of the restaurant, Hosea Rosenberg, describes as “real green chile.” He brings the familiar smells and tastes to the Boulder area, either bringing us home again or introducing us to a new palate. Either way, you’re sure to fall in love with this eatery.
