1 ART Santa Fe Event in July in New Mexico

On the weekend of July 13 to July 16, you can enjoy ART Santa Fe at the Santa Fe Convention Center (201 West Marcy Ave in Santa Fe). This art show will feature amazing art from all around the world with top galleries, studio artists from around the world, and art publishers. The hours are 5pm to 9pm on Thursday, 11am to 8pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
2 Comic Con and Gaming Convention in July in New Mexico

On the weekend of July 14 to July 16, participate in the Comic Con and Gaming Convention at the Albuquerque Convention Center (401 2nd St. NW in Albuquerque). It’s a great celebration of pop culture, cosplay, comics, movies, TV, graphic novels, art, collectibles, and more. There will be contests and celebrity appearances that you won’t want to miss. The hours are 5pm to 11pm on Friday, 10am to 7pm on Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
3 Ruidoso Art Festival in July in New Mexico

On the weekend of July 21 to July 23, you can take part in the 2017 Ruidoso Art Festival at the Ruidoso Convention Center (111 Sierra Blanca Dr. in Ruidoso). Will be 100+ of the best artists in the United States showing their sculptures, glass art, ceramics art, photography, and much more. The hours are 12pm to 6pm on Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
4 Silver City Clay Festival in July in New Mexico

On the week of July 22 to July 30, you don’t want to miss the Silver City Clay Festival in Silver City’s historic downtown venue. The event showcases the history and significance of the many forms of clay and includes workshops, a film festival, a mud pie contest, and sales from multiple vendors and artists in the area. The hours are from 9am to 5pm from Saturday the 22nd through Sunday the 30th.
5 Route 66 Summerfest in July in New Mexico

On Saturday, July 22, the Route 66 Sumerfest will be taking place in Albuquerque on Historic Nob Hill between Girard and Carlisle Boulevards. It will include lots of fun events for adults and kids, with the Car Show, a Kids’ Zone, live entertainment, and the Mother Road Art Market from 3pm to 10pm.
6 Eddy County Fair in July in New Mexico

On the week of July 24 to July 29, the Eddy County Fair will take place at the Artesia Fairgrounds (3402 13th St in Artesia). There will be a parade, a ranch rodeo, and a chili cook-off, along with lots of fun carnival rides, bull riding, and activities for kids.
7 Wildlife West Music Festival in July in New Mexico

On Friday July 28 and Saturday July 29, the Wildlife West Music Festival will take place at the Wildlife West Nature Park in Edgewood. It’s going to be a fun live music event with western swing performers, bluegrass performers, Irish music performers, and various other genres of music. There will be lots of activities, local artists, a Chuckwagon barbecue, and much more. The event will feature music from Coral Creek and John McCutcheon, among many others. The hours are 5pm to 10pm on Friday and 10:30am to 10pm on Saturday.
8 Zia Festival in July in New Mexico
On the weekend of July 28 to July 30, the Zia Festival will take place at the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack in Ruidoso. There will be tons of activities, including art and ceramics activities for kids, plenty of shopping opportunities from local vendors, and lots of artists displaying their amazing work.
