"Foodie" doesn't even begin to cover it! I am a lover and seeker of all things amusing to the palate. Growing up in New Mexico has allowed me to experience delicious cuisine, enchanting cultures, and not to mention the most breathtaking sunsets. I am currently a personal chef for individuals with alternative diets such as Paleo, Gluten-free, and Vegan. "If you can't stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen!" they say.
